Information about the Port Vista Alegre 20 YO Limited Edition

Nose: Elegant and aromatic thanks to the long maturation in oak. Contains a wide variety of aromas of dried fruit and nuts such as hazelnut and almond, with accents of cinnamon and vanilla.

Taste: Fresh and velvety. The first sip reveals a harmonious structure and a wonderfully deep taste. Long and delicate aftertaste.

This Limited Edition 20 Year Old Tawny is a very special batch that has come to life through the art and magic of the “blend”. By carefully choosing the wines from the best harvests. The harvests that remind us of the beautiful history of the region, such as the years 1995, 1997 and 2000. These wines, matured in oak barrels, are almost religiously preserved in the cellars of Vista Alegre, right in the heart of the Douro region.

This Port is best served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC. It is an excellent companion for desserts made from chocolate, nuts, spices (cinnamon) or caramel, for example. It also goes well with coffee and chocolate. Because Port is a natural product, there is a good chance that small deposits will form in the bottle. It must be served carefully so that it does not become cloudy.
