3 year old Providence single rum

After the release of Distillerie de Port-au-Prince's first two white rums, discover "First Drops" and "Dunder & Syrup", the first aged Providence rum. Aged in ex-Caroni casks, this version initially reveals aromas and flavors of sugar cane juice that emphasize the quality of a very pure distillate. Subsequently, the aroma and taste palette becomes more and more mature, which is underlined by the oriental and praline character of the aftertaste.

Tasting notes

• Nose: Rich and concentrated. Very viscous, geranium, lime blossom and flambé banana.
• Taste: Lively and spicy. Fresh, exotic (roasted pineapple), spicy and vegetable cane sugar juice.
• Finish: Long and silky. Rose petals, Turkish delight, pastry, wood, tobacco and toasted notes.
