Signal Hill Whisky is made from two types of grain. The corn whisky is double distilled through a two-column still to produce a light and smooth character. The barley whisky is pot distilled to create a subtle, brilliant, nutty or malty flavour. Multiple layers of flavour are retained through non-chill filtration, resulting in a fuller mouthfeel and smoother finish.

Nose: A subtle aroma of raisins, dried plum, sherry, toffee, vanilla, honey, soft oak and spices.
Taste: Sweet, followed by cocoa, leather and pipe tobacco.
Finish: Creamy sherry, treacle and mild oak.
