Blend of 80% Merlot, 20% Syrah. Color intense ruby red. The taste is full and harmonious with a fruity persistent aftertaste, round, well structured, balanced and harmonious. Aromatic herbs such as bay leaf, thyme, oregano, pine but also spices such as black pepper, plum, black cherry and currant.

The grapes arrive in the cellar after being harvested by hand. The stems are subtly separated and fermentation begins by wetting the skins to promote the extraction of colors and aromas.

It remains in steel for aging and batonage.
