Talisker Skye 45,8% 6 CL Sample

Talisker Skye is a special malt, full of character and flavored with smoky sweetness and a spicy edge. It is rich in contrasts, like the impressive Isle of Skye.  

This lively drink has a bright, 18-carat gold color with polished brass lamps. The taste is very soft and sweet in the beginning, with a slight smokiness. Then it is a long, warming and fresh finish with a peppery finale and a light hint of sweet smoke.

The nose begins quietly with the glorious citrus sweetness of fresh oranges. A little water calms the spice and smoke, but the aroma is maritime.

Tasting note IWSC Awards: A delicious blend of sweet characters from exotic fruits and wild flowers, even hedge, is well supported by nutty and spicy notes to create the perfect balance in the long finish.
