Tarapacá has different ways of winemaking. This series represents the inherited tradition and prestige. With respect for the grapes and the selection of the very best plots, the pure character, finesse and balance can be obtained. They are fermented and then aged for 12 months in small French wooden barrels, giving the wine extra seductive aromas. The wine is not clarified before bottling to preserve all the flavour.

Drink with: Autumn and game dishes, such as Duif with port sauce, Canard al 'Orange, Boeuf Stroganoff or other dishes with mushrooms.

Tasting note: Intense red color and aroma of black sweet cherries, plums and something spicy. The taste is juicy, supple, intense with aromas of the forest, but very drinkable.

Shelf life: The wines are ready to drink when they are released on the market. They are then top notch for another 3 years, fresh with beautiful fruit.
