A noble sweet white wine made from a unique combination of Sauvignon Blanc & Gewurztraminer & Muscatel.

70% of the grapes come from the warm Maipo Valley, which gives the wine such a full and juicy taste. The rest of the grapes come from other areas. The grapes from Curico valley contribute something floral and the grapes from cool Leyda bring freshness to the wine. All in all a nicely balanced dessert wine.

The grapes were harvested very late from specially selected vineyard plots, resulting in a high natural sugar content in the wine. Sauvignon Blanc & Gewurztraminer grapes are ideally suited to be picked almost overripe.

A wonderfully fresh scent combined with a refined fresh full taste that is not overly sweet. In the aftertaste you recognize something of Sauternes, in the aftertaste we clearly taste the presence of the Gewurztraminer grape.

Drink with: Real dessert wine, delicious with fresh fruit salads, warm apple strudel with vanilla ice cream, cold soup of melon with strawberries, warm pancakes with orange sauce.

Tasting note: Yellow wine with fresh, slightly spicy aroma of lychee and slightly rose petals. Soft sweet wine with a long aftertaste in which many honey and fruit aromas and yet fresh.

Shelf life: Now drinkable and now the tastiest. Drink within two years.
