The Varietal Red Blend Biodiversity is a red blend consisting of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Syrah and has matured for 8 months in contact with French wood that has been toasted in different degrees.

Ruby red in color with violet highlights, this wine distinguishes aromas of black fruit and round silky tannins of the Syrah that blend beautifully with the red fruit aromas of the Cabernet Sauvignon. These flavors are mixed with toasted notes of the wood. The wine has a good structure.
