A bright straw yellow colour with lemon-coloured highlights. In the nose, hints of yellow fruit, peach and plums, delicate floral notes and pleasant minerality. Lots of freshness and good persistence in the mouth.
Soil
A clayey soil with medium texture.
Exhibition
4,500 vines per hectare.
Harvest
The harvest starts in early August.
Vinification
Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 15°C.
