Therefore, the THAYA winery currently manages approximately 105 hectares of its own vineyards in renowned wine-growing villages in the Znojmo region. THAYA winemakers know that production technology is constantly evolving. As they say, they do not want to “freeze” and that is why they work with modern technologies and constantly promote their know-how. At the same time they respect traditional practices. The signature of this winery is the production of wines in different types of wooden barrels.
