Nose : Old-fashioned scents of straw and hay fill the nose, then sweet peat smoke. Creamy vanilla extinguishes the peat smoke.
Taste : The tongue experiences the peat as wonderfully soft with an ashy and malty influence. The vanilla takes over again with deep influences of the oak.
Finish : long with toasted oak and that sweet smoke again.
