In The Stillery’s Dutch North Sea Gin we have embraced local ingredients, creating something familiar, but with a unique twist. Our Master Distiller, Pascal, has incorporated organic seaweeds from our own Dutch coastal area into this gin, namely Sawn Sea Oak and Japanese Berry Seaweed.

The invasive Japanese Berryweed can be a nuisance to the organisms that live underneath it but luckily it adds a great flavour to our Dutch North Sea Gin! That’s right, with every bottle we produce we combat the spread of unwanted Japanese Berryweed! We also added raspberry leaf, blackberry leaf, cleavers and sea buckthorn to the gin, these ingredients give a delicious freshness to the gin that you won’t soon forget!
