The Stillery's Ouwe is our organic old Jenever. This Jenever contains 27% malt wine and is, in addition to the usual ingredients (such as juniper berries), distilled with anise, two types of hops and poppy seeds. By using the Citra and Amarillo hops, The Stillery's Ouwe fits very well next to your favorite craft beers, as a "headbutt". The Ouwe does especially well with the White Ales.

The Ouwe Jenever van Stillery matures for at least 6 months on an ex-bourbon barrel. Due to the wood maturation you will find caramel, vanilla and nutty notes in our jenever.
