Tópico selects the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the oldest vineyard to create our limited edition of 6500 bottles. The house oenologist has made this special wine with unique Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine ages for 18 months, mainly in new French oak barrels. They keep the wine in the bottle for another 18 months in order to obtain the best flavors before they sell the wine.

Tasting Notes:
Color : A bright and attractive garnet cherry color.
Nose : Complex, intense and aromatic bouquet that opens with notes of spiced blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate, with the taste complemented by toasted aromas.
Taste : Good structure, balanced and very elegant, with an aftertaste that reminds you of the aging in the oak barrels
