This single malt was distilled at Tormore in 2015 and then filled into American oak casks before finishing in an ex-Port cask. After seven years, the whiskey was bottled by independent bottler The Vintage Malt Whiskey Co., and a total of 360 bottles were released for this The Cooper's Choice release, of which we have 60.

Nose:
Red apples and grilled peaches are the most obvious, followed by toasty oak that brings in hearty spice.

Taste:
Cinnamon and nutmeg join a medley of orchard fruits before dark blueberries and chocolate coffee beans make their appearance.

Aftertaste:
Fruit and floral malt, vanilla pods and cinnamon biscuit
