Voskevaz Red Dry is a dry red wine made from two grape varieties – Hakhtanak and Kakheti, grown in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia with an alcohol content of 12.5%. The harvest took place in late September and early October. The wine matures for at least 6 months in stainless steel barrels, creating a harmonious, natural dry wine. A delicious table wine to enjoy.
Voskevaz Red Dry has a wine with a beautiful deep red color. The wine has a harmonious taste with pronounced fruit notes and a dry aftertaste with velvety tannins. In the rich aroma of wine is dominated by shades of ripe red fruits and dark berries with dominant notes of plum. The wine goes perfectly with red meat, such as meat with blood, Medium Rare, rabbit stew, and also goes well with cheeses and cold cuts.
Voskevaz Winery is an old company (founded in 1932), whose history goes back centuries. The distinctive feature of “Voskevaz” – the concept of indigenous identity. In wine production, the company uses Armenian grapes such as Kakheti, Muscat Vardabuyr, Haghtanak, Kangun, arena and one of the oldest grape varieties Voskehat (Harjit). The age of some individual vines is at least 70 years.
In 2004, all technical equipment of the winery was modernized. The combination of modern technology and winemaking traditions of Armenian makes it possible to achieve the highest quality standards. The hard work of Voskevaz Wine Cellar employees has made it possible to create the majestic lines of Armenian wines.
