A full aged Glen Spey single malt, bottled independently by Wemyss Malts. Distilled in 1994, and aged in a hogshead type cask for 27 years. That barrel was then put on 221 bottles.

Nose: delicate notes of meadow blossom and floral barley, with herbal honey, creamy vanilla and soft stone fruits such as peach.

Palate: Jam-like apricot and tangy orange peel come together, with flavors of butter, pastry and toasted oak coming right after. The floral malt continues on the palate, with a kick of green apple softened by creamy milk chocolate.

Finish: A pinch of nutmeg and candied ginger rounds out, with dark salted chocolate at an appropriate distance.
