Comes from the GlenAllachie distillery. This single malt was born in 2007 and after its distillation immediately placed in a single refill butt barrel to mature. When this barrel was opened 14 years later, it resulted in 785 bottles, of which 36 bottles are available for the Netherlands.

Nose: Candied citrus peels, creamy vanilla and tangy honey are instantly recognizable, with nutty chocolate not far behind.

Palate: Honey raisins and juicy pears are combined with layers of vanilla fudge, roasted nuts and oily malt. At the same time, oak herbs develop in the depths.

Finish: Grassy barley settles under complex layers of spiced fruit, with more nutty oak and notes of coffee and cocoa.
