Flying Dutchman Rumis distilled by ZuidamDistillers, a distillery that is fully run and owned by the van Zuidam family.

The rum is fermented from carefully selected sugar cane molasses. Fermentation takes at least two weeks before the resulting cane sugar wine is distilled in authentic copper pot stills. Aminimum of two distillations are made to obtain a refined and elegant distillate.

After this, this Flying DutchmanRum matured invery rare barrels where very exclusiveamarone winehas previously matured. These barrels give the rum itsfruity aromaandbeautiful color.

Smell :The first impression is (over) ripe tropical fruit (mango and guava). This slowly turns into red fruits such as cherry and raspberry with delicate floral aromas ending inrich notes of honeyand licorice
