This Sauternes Cask Release is unpeated spirit aged 5.5 year in bourbon casks and a further 2.5 year in Sauternes casks which adds savoury and dry sweet notes.

Nose: Apricot jam, almond flakes, marzipan, Brioche, dried stone fruit.

Palate: Seeded bread, green peppercorn sauce, apricot, heather honey, more savoury than the nose.

Finish: Less sweet than the nose, wonderfully balanced with a dry finish.
