Tenjaku Blended Japanese Whisky Lees meer..
40% 0,70 ltr
Neus: Zoete aroma’s, licht rokerig accenten, peer en gedroogd fruit
Smaak: Rond en zacht, maar uitzonderlijk krachtig
Afdronk: Een lange afdronk, spicy, een hint van white oak en zoetigheid
I don’t really care if they call it a feak or not, but it is a very nice blend and I like the price (€25,-)
The whiskey is very sketchy and doubtful that it is true Japanese whiskey. If you look at the site they don't talk about their sourcing at all, they don't have a distillery, and the backing company has a long history of importing products and bottling for different companies. Japan does not restrict what can be called a "Japanese Whiskey" so only a small amount of actual Japanese product must be included, the rest could be imported. Additionally, the man Kenji Watanabe is also associated with Kaiyou whiskey which is already a known Japanese fake.
