In the Mediterranean village of Selinus where I spent my childhood, juniper birds would often come to feed off the juniper berries in our garden. This happening has an important role in the growth of new seedings. Inspired from here I added some Mediterranean flavours to enhance the whole experience.

The essence of oregano and the courageous deep character of Pistacia terebinthus formed the unique profile of Juniper Bird gin as we know it today. Juniper Bird gin is the result of blending floral and nutty flavours, combined with a touch of childhood memories. By naming the gin 'Juniper Bird' I immortalised this whole experience forever.
